Our doctors recommend annual exams for your pet. Typical exams include your pet’s boosters, a fecal test to check for intestinal parasites, and a heartworm test (for dogs). During the physical exam, your doctor will perform a nose-to-tail evaluation. They will look at the teeth, eyes and ears. They will listen to the heart and lungs, palpate the abdomen, and check skin. If your dog is over the age of seven see our Senior Care section.
